At My Happy Reef, we’re not just coral sellers - we’re passionate reef hobbyists, just like you. Based in the Chicago area, our love for corals, reef systems, and ocean life is what inspired us to start this journey.

We believe that every coral tells a story and deserves to be cared for with attention and respect. That’s why we treat every piece in our collection with the same dedication we give our own reef tanks. From maintaining optimal water quality to ensuring stress-free shipping, we handle each coral with the utmost care.

We capture all coral photos and videos under blue lighting using AquaIllumination Blade Grow and AquaIllumination Prime 16 HD fixtures, set at 60% royal blue, 60% blue, and 30% cool white.

To ensure accurate color representation, we use an orange lens when filming and photographing. We do not apply any post-editing or color enhancement.
